Broome's Own Community Website

Broome's Community Geographical Domain Name www.broome.wa.au was launched last week. This was well supported by a variety of members of the Community.
Ted Wilkinson (Chairperson) spoke at the evening along with Pam Farrell (Telecentre Manager) who explained the significance of the site and how this can benefit our Community.
People who attended got on board with the availability of membership which supports the website and includes an email address i.e. yourname@broome.wa.au
Membership is $12.00 and is available at the Broome Telecentre, 40 Dampier Terrace (half way up the hill) or contact can be made through this site.
The evening ended up with a light supper of delicious scones, jam and cream enjoyed by all.
