Time: Shows start 6.30 pm - There will be 1 matinee on the 2nd November, starting at 1 pm.
Venue: Broome Multipurpose Arts and Community Centre
Special Gala event 3rd November.

Dear supporter of the performing arts in Broome
A large group of Broome children have given up their spare holiday time to attend the "Staircase to the Moon" creative development workshops. It has been fantastic to see how the kids have worked with artists in residence Choreographer Claudia Alessi and Puppeteer Sandy McKendrick to create some great puppets and movement sequences.
As this part of the development of the play draws to a close, I would like to invite you to a show and tell on Friday afternoon at Lotteries house multipurpose room at 4pm. You will have the opportunity to meet some of the cast (including the puppets), sample some of the music and experience some of the routines that they have been developing with Claudia during the week.
We will provide a simple afternoon tea for your pleasure with a question and answer session at the end.

Saturday 7 July
We are looking for a 10 -13 year old girl who can sing, who can play the part of a 5-6 year old in the upcoming musical play "Staircase to the Moon".
Indigenous girls are encouraged to apply. We are also looking for talented dancers (boys/girls/Indigenous/non- Indigenous) to be part of the performance as well.
If you know someone or are that someone please come along on Saturday afternoon at Lotteries House at 2pm to try out for a part in the play.
